The Everbrite Story...
THE COLLECTION:
Mollie Dash,
a Brooklyn based artist, curates the Everbrite Mercantile Collection.
The quality and craft of our distinctive line of merchandise reflects her good taste and unique design sense.
Many of the items are hand crafted.
Work from designers, artists and crafters in Brooklyn, Chicago, Bolivia and other far off places can be found here.
We even have jewelry by Huichol Indians of Bolaños Canyon, Mexico with it's vibrant peyote-influenced patterns and colors.
Mollie is constantly on the prowl for new things, so check back often.
Our
blog is a good place to keep up to date on new additions,
or sign up for our
mailing list.
GENESIS:
Due to a possible issue with short term memory, no one here can quite recall the exact moment this enterprise began.
One will claim it was totally her idea. While another chimes in with, "No, remember when I mentioned we should start a... blah blah blah".
It goes back and forth (with mild annoyance and bewilderment being the overriding tone) until all connection to reality severs.
The argument usually ends with the consumption of too much Ritter Sport dark chocolate... and then the requisite stomach pains, belly grabbing, light moaning and mild self-loathing.
Yoga usually helps a bit.
